Overdrive (quintet)

Full quintet arrangement of “Overdrive” by J.J. Johnson.

“Overdrive” is featured on the album “J is for Jazz” by J.J. Johnson. The tune is very fast and it switches between a latin feel and a swing feel. The theme is a bit difficult to play on the trombone, but the solo changes are great.

This arrangement can be played with two trombones instead of trombone and tenor saxophone.

Buyer will receive a non-transposed score and individual parts for:

1. Tenor trombone (non-transposed, bass clef)
